Remporter ceased breeding in 2017.  Thank you to everyone who gave our puppies and kittens over the last 30 years.  Young American Curls and adult Scottish still available to good homes.

 

Remporter started in the early 1980s as a Papillon kennel owned by Andrew and Marion Kidd in South Australia breeding and showing both Papillons and Phalenes.  In 1986 Andrew and Marion started showing Mini Schnauzers which were followed by Standard Schnauzers in 1987 and later Giant Schnauzers.  From that time Andrew and Marion quickly developed a reputation worldwide as breeders of Standard Schnauzers.  They

have imported dogs from and exported dogs to New Zealand, the USA, the UK and Canada with champions in NZ, the USA and Canada.  As judges they have also judged around the world including breed speclaities in Canada, the USA and the UK.  Notable among their world-famous dogs are the multiple-Best In Show Winning Supreme Champion, NZ, USA and Canadian Champion Wattsons Amstar Denzel.

In 2020 they started showing Shh Tzus, with immediate success,

 

Marion started showing cats in the mid-1980s with a Chinchilla bred by Andrew's mother Mathina Kidd.  This was was followed by a number of cats until Marion started breeding and showing Scottish Folds. Her Scottish Folds also have an international reputation with her most famous cat Aust National Champion Imperial Double Grand Champion Remporter Emo Bear. 

 

In 2012, after several years research, Marion introduced American Curls to Australia and has so far imported 3 from the UK and 1 from Belgium.  The breed has had immediate success with Aust Double Grand Champion and UK Grand Champion OverearSomewhereovertherainbow winning Group 3 Cat of the Year in 2014.
